Week 6 Shipping Progress

Hello everyone,
We are at 85% completion on shipping! However, we may not see a large jump next week - we are currently stalled as we need to conduct a full inventory of the stock levels for all CVF pins. This should take 1-2 days (so presumably we'll spend Monday and Tuesday doing this) then we'll resume shipping again.
The reason for this is kind of complicated, but basically we ordered our pins around three weeks after the survey was released. Not everyone was prompt in responding to their survey (about 65% were prompt). Some backers are still responding months after the survey period was closed. We anticipated a healthy amount of pins needed, but the late responses are throwing off some of our inventory counts, and we need to make sure we have accurate counts when processing any Mystery Pin orders.
We don't want to cut off customers who failed to respond in a timely manner, so we keep our survey open for stragglers, but it does make it difficult to manage inventory when the order SKU counts are frequently changing.
We still expect to have enough pins to fulfill all backer choices, but we do need to pause and conduct this inventory check to make suitable choices on Mystery Pins for orders.
Reminder - Stalled and Unscanned Packages
After we have confirmed we have shipped out all the packages, and have cleaned up the office and confirmed nothing has been left behind, we'll wait about one week to see if the final packages scan in. If there are still packages showing they aren't scanned, we'll start investigating them at that time.
International Packages
International packages tend to take 1-3 weeks to scan in, and may take upwards of 3 months to arrive to the international destination. Sometimes they're faster, but it's always best to prepare for the worst case scenario.

Week 5 Shipping Progress

Fursona Pins is dashing up toward the finish line and getting closer to the end of that bar! We're now 80% finished with fulfilling the campaign. Currently, we also have 183 packages either pending scanning or currently being packed, so we're actually even closer than that (remember, Backerkit doesn't count a package on this status bar unless it's been scanned in by USPS).
Progress is steady - we're definitely getting there!
As a general reminder:

Week 4 Shipping Progress

Good afternoon!
Not as much of a jump as last week, but still some great progress! This bar doesn't get updated until USPS starts scanning the packages, which brings us to...
International Shipping Slowness
One thing we've been observing for the last couple of weeks is that USPS is not scanning in or moving the vast majority of our international packages. What we suspect is happening is that they're tossed into a corner after pickup to be handled later, as it seems international first class packages are very low priority to USPS right now.
The wait time for international packages can vary between 4 weeks - 3 months, so we're not entirely surprised to see such a slow start, but it is rather disappointing.
If your package isn't scanned in or isn't moving
For the moment, all that can be done is wait (even if you're domestic). We're still in the process of fulfilling the campaign, so it's always possible the package is sitting on a fulfillment team member's desk. As soon as the campaign is confirmed to be finished with fulfullment, we can circle back and address any stuck packages.
So, in summary, please do not contact us regarding packages that haven't moved until we have announced that the campaign has finished fulfillment, in which case we have confirmed the workspace is clear and we can start looking into individual parcels.

Week 3 Shipping Progress

The Fursona Pins fulfillment team is chugging along on this campaign and has now reached 62% fulfullment. Yay! Over half of you now have packages in the mail that are en route to you.
That means we're on the last third of the campaign. Lots of great progress, folks!

We're officially 1/3rds finished with shipping the campaign!
Our team has been doing a great job with shipping out Kickstarter orders alongside our standard shop orders. They're starting to speed up on shipping too as they get more confident with identifying the pins, which is great!
There have been a lot of you posting your Canines vs Felines packages on social media, and we're so thrilled to see how much you enjoy your pins! Please keep doing so, it's a lot of fun seeing your pets interact with the pins that look like them. :)
